PORIFIX® as well as UNIFIX is a product combination of LA 90 shaft and plastic flue gas pipe, which was specially developed for the target group of self-builders and is listed with leading building materials wholesalers.

Flexible and universal in planning and processing

System description:

PORIFIX® / UNIFIX

  • For oil and gas fireplaces
  • Certification: Z-7.4-3433
  • Material: Aerated concrete / Fire resistance class: LA90
  • PP (polypropylene) / Temperature class: T120 (up to 120 °C)
  • Pressure class: P1=200 Pa / H1=5000 Pa
  • Room air-independent

Planning note!

The shaft elements are 500 mm and 1000 mm (2x 500 mm) long. The number of shaft elements required is calculated from the length of the shaft from the storey ceiling above the heat generator to the roof cladding. The UNIFIX shaft can be used up to a length of 30 metres.
A ceiling connection element and an outlet package are required for the shaft. Here you can choose between variants for pitched and flat roofs, different heights above the roof and colours.
One 12 kg bag of special adhesive is sufficient for approx. 15 connections between the elements.
Fixing clips must be fitted in the area of the ceiling openings (not in the first floor ceiling above the heat generator) and in the rafter area. The number of retaining clips corresponds to the number of storeys above the heat generator.
